Six programs.One coherent strategy.

Each program addresses a specific moment in a woman's professional life — entry, acceleration, leadership, founding, advocacy, and pipeline. Together they form an integrated infrastructure for sustained advancement.

Program 01

Mentorship
for Change

"The person in your corner who sees what's missing — and steps in."

6-month cycles 1:1 pairings Curated matching

Most mentorship programs fail because they pair people on superficial similarity and then disappear. We've built ours differently. Each pairing is curated for stretch — a mentor whose career arc represents where the mentee wants to grow, with sufficient overlap to make the conversation productive but sufficient distance to expand the mentee's frame of reference.

Structured 6-month cycles include a kickoff session, monthly 1:1s with shared agendas, mid-cycle check-in with the program team, and a close-out conversation that documents outcomes and decides whether the pairing continues.

What we'll provide

  • Curated mentor-mentee matching based on career trajectory + chemistry assessment
  • Conversation framework + monthly prompts designed for substantive outcomes
  • Mid-cycle program-team check-in to identify and unblock friction
  • Documented outcome reporting at cycle close (anonymized, aggregated)
  • Member-only mentorship community for cross-pairing connection

Who it's for

  • Mentees: women at any stage seeking specific career navigation — first promotion, role change, founder transition, board readiness
  • Mentors: senior women (15+ years experience, executive/founder roles) committing 4 hours/quarter

Future
Founders Network

"The room where women founders build companies — and the rooms that fund them."

Rolling intake Founders-only Global

A founder-only community for women building venture-backed and bootstrapped companies. Designed around the specific friction women founders encounter: investor access, peer support during fundraising lows, the operational complexity of building from zero, and the loneliness that compounds when male-dominated founder networks aren't a fit.

Programming is built around founder-stage relevance — early-stage founders get distinct programming from growth-stage and post-exit founders. Cross-stage events surface the lessons that only become useful when you can't see them coming.

What we'll provide

  • Founders-only WhatsApp/Slack community + monthly digital convenings
  • Founders dinners in NYC, with planned expansion to LA and DC
  • Curated investor introductions for fundraising founders (selective)
  • Term-sheet workshop series with operator-investor leaders
  • Pitch Prize — annual capital award for inaugural cohort founders ($25-50K planned)
  • Office hours with senior founders willing to advise on specific operational questions

Who it's for

  • Women founders at any stage of building (idea-stage to growth-stage)
  • Acceptance is selective and based on commitment to peer-engagement, not company stage

Program 04

Women in Leadership Academy

"A 12-month cohort intensive for women stepping into executive leadership."

12 months Cohort-based Hybrid format

The flagship leadership program. A 12-month cohort experience for women preparing for or recently moved into executive leadership roles. Designed in collaboration with senior executive coaches and former Fortune 500 leaders who have made the transition themselves.

Cohort sizes are intentionally small (20-24 women per cohort) to enable deep relationships across the year. Programming combines monthly group sessions, individual executive-coaching engagements, and quarterly in-person intensives in NYC and DC.

Core curriculum

  • Strategic decision-making at scale
  • Board governance and operating with a board
  • Cross-functional leadership and senior-team dynamics
  • Crisis leadership and high-stakes communications
  • Building executive presence in male-dominated rooms
  • Personal brand and external visibility as a senior leader
  • Capstone: each cohort member produces a leadership case study, published anonymized

Who it's for

  • Women at SVP, VP, Director-level preparing for C-suite or executive transition
  • Recently promoted executives in their first 18 months at the executive level
  • Founders of growth-stage companies (Series A+) building executive teams

Program 05

Young Women Rising

"The pipeline program. Free. Designed to set the next generation up."

Under 25 Free 8-month cohort

A free leadership-development program for women under 25 — designed to provide the structural support that the existing systems (university career services, early-career networking) routinely fail to deliver, particularly for women without family or institutional networks in their target industries.

The 8-month cohort experience combines virtual workshops, in-person convenings (when possible), 1:1 mentorship with an early-career sponsor, and structural support for first-job navigation. Funded entirely by member dues and foundation partnerships — never charged to participants.

What participants receive

  • 8-month curriculum on professional foundations: networking, communication, financial literacy, first-job navigation
  • 1:1 early-career mentor matched specifically for industry and career stage
  • Resume and LinkedIn coaching from senior career strategists
  • Network introductions to internship and entry-level role opportunities
  • Scholarship funds where need is established (covering professional development costs, interview-day expenses, etc.)
  • Membership in our broader community at no cost during program and one year following

Who it's for

  • Women under 25, currently in undergraduate education or first 2 years of professional career
  • Applicants from any background — selection based on demonstrated commitment, not pedigree

Program 06

The Rights
Forum

"The convening space for women's-rights practitioners and policy advocates."

Convening series Coalition-led Multi-stakeholder

A policy convening program connecting advocates, legal experts, policy researchers, and elected representatives on women's-rights legislation and coalition-building. The Rights Forum doesn't lobby directly — it creates the cross-coalition conversations that produce effective lobbying by aligned organizations.

Twice-yearly convenings in DC bring together 40-60 participants for two days of structured working sessions on specific legislative priorities. Outputs include published coalition statements, draft legislation language, and coordinated advocacy plans for the following six months.

Convening focus areas

  • Pay equity and salary transparency legislation
  • Reproductive-rights legal advocacy and state-level legislative coordination
  • Workplace harassment law and remediation frameworks
  • Maternal-health policy and infrastructure
  • Women in elected office: candidate-pipeline and post-election infrastructure
  • Cross-coalition strategy: bridging professional, policy, and grassroots women's organizations

Who participates

  • Senior policy advocates from women's-rights and women's-professional organizations
  • Legal experts and advocacy attorneys
  • Policy researchers and academic experts on women's-rights legislation
  • Elected officials and congressional staff (when relevant to the convening's legislative focus)
